Our attitudes shape the way we perceive and interpret the world around us. Maintaining a positive disposition can radically shape the way we experience ourselves and those around us. Fundamentally, this will alter the way we think, the way we feel, and the way we behave. This will increase our positive feelings and feed the surge towards recovery. What is your attitude today?

Effective Recovery Support
In a recent survey of our participants we asked them why they had been in one of our groups. From the results it's clear that our groups address a very fundamental need. We provide a place for you to meet with others who really understand what you have been going through.
Unfortunately many of us are surrounded with friends and loved ones who "just don’t get it." Often it's because they haven't personally experienced depression. They just can't imagine being so de-energized or glum. Sometimes our friends and family don't have patience for us or wish a quick fix for our problem. Frequently they don't know what to do even if they do wish to be helpful.
