We will be discussing a very helpful technique for dealing with dysfunctional and distorted thinking – the use of self-compassion.
It was 9:30 p.m. or so and my day had started at 5:20 a.m. I felt like I hadn’t stopped all day and I had done a lot. I could press on and get one more thing done or I could watch a movie for a while, read a bit and get to sleep at a reasonable time – about 10:30.
