| To switch from your computer connection (VOIP) to a phone connection

At the bottom of the Participants panel, click on the Audio button. |

The Audio Conference dialog box appears. Click on the red button Leave Audio Conference. |
| |

| |

| |

The Leave Audio Conference confirmation window will be displayed. Click on Yes to continue. |

The system will recognize that you have disconnected from the audio conference. The Audio Conference window will be displayed. Use the Dial-In information to connect by phone. |

Once you have connected through the phone, close the Audio Conference - Teleconference window by clicking on the in the top right corner of the window. |

You will see a telephone icon to the left of your name on the Participants panel, as shown below. |

In the Audio Conference dialog box, click the down arrow beside Use Computer Headset. Click Switch to Using Computer. |

If this is your first time connecting to audio across the Internet, the Audio Setup Wizard appears to help you fine-tune your audio settings. Follow the directions to specify your settings. |

If prompted, click OK to allow your telephone connection to be dropped after your computer connection is established. |

Once you have connected through your computer, the Volume Control window is displayed. Here you can control the volume levels for both your speaker and microphone. |

Your connection status will be displayed in the bottom right section of the meeting screen. |

On the Participants panel (as shown below), you will see a headset icon to the left of your name. This also shows that you successfully connected to the audio portion of the meeting through a computer connection (VOIP). |
