The meeting facilitator will begin the meeting at the announced start time. However, we recommend joining the meeting early. You can join a meeting up to 15 minutes prior to its announced start time. This gives you time to get your connection working.

Prior to the start of the meeting:

You will see a Welcome message on your screen
|

All lines will be muted. You will be
able to see participants' names added to the Participants panel
as they join the meeting (Participants are listed by the name that
they have chosen to be identified by for this meeting). You will
also be able to send and receive Chat messages from the other participants.
However, you will not be able to hear anyone until the facilitator
has started the meeting.

The meeting facilitator may also give
participants an optional assignment, such as sending a chat message
to all participants, or a brief reading.
