Determine Who's in the Meeting Support Groups  /   Technical Support
     
The Participants Panel
 
The Participants Panel shows you who is in the meeting. The panel shows you the name of the meeting leader, as well as the number and names of all attendees. You can also identify who is using a phone connection and who is using a computer microphone/headset.
 
The Participants Panel is found on the right side of the meeting screen, as shown below.
 
The name of the meeting host will be displayed below Panelists, and is identified with the globe icon .
The name of the participants will be displayed below Attendees. Your name will be displayed with a diamond icon to the left of it.
 
Participants Panel Symbols
To the left of participant names:
The globe identifies the meeting leader.
A diamond shape identifies you.
Identifies that the participant is using a phone for the audio connection.
The animated phone identifies the person who is talking (there is a two-second delay before the indicator flashes).
Identifies that the participant's phone connection has been muted.
Identifies that the participant is using a computer microphone or headset for the audio connection.
The animated headst identifies the person who is talking (there is a two-second delay before the indicator flashes).
Identifies that the participant's audio connection has been muted.
   
To the right of participant names:
The participant's default annotation color when adding text, lines, and shapes to the screen.
Emoticons and other feedback functions (see below)
 
 
Participants Feedback Functions
The feedback functions give you a way to communicate with the meeting leader and other participants. They allow you to display what you're feeling by using the emoticons, to display yes or no answers to questions, to raise your hand, etc. Clicking on one of the feedback icons places that icon beside your name for all participants to see.

Answer "yes"
Answer "no"
Request the meeting leader to speed the meeting up
Request the meeting leader to slow the meeting down
Emoticons - click on the downward pointing arrow to display all the emoticons
