| You can save any information that appears in the content viewer of the meeting screen. A saved file contains all the pages or slides in the presentation, including
any annotations and pointers that you or other attendees have added to them. |

Information that you save will be in the Universal Communications Format (UCF), which will have a
.ucf extension. |

| In Normal View mode, follow the instructions below to save the meeting contents. |

Select File on the menu bar. Select Save, then select Document. Alternatively, hold down the Control key while pressing the S key. |

is displayed. Choose a location to save the file and input a file
name in the File Name field. Select Save to save

Open the interactive tools panel by clicking on the pencil icon on the Session Controls panel. |

| Opening a Saved Document |

| A saved document will be in the Universal Communications

at any time on your computer's desktop (you do not need to be in
a meeting). When opened, the file will appear in the WebEx Document
Viewer, an offline version of the meeting content viewer. |

| Use My Computer to locate the saved UCF file. Double-click on the file. |

| The document opens in the WebEx Document Viewer. |
