You can participate from home - you only need a computer with internet access, and a phone or a computer microphone and speakers (using Voice over Internet Protocol/VOIP).

  Christians Group
This group focuses on what the Bible tells us about achieving happiness and hope in our lives. It examines our depression experience from a Christian point of view. If you are having difficulties in your faith journey join with others who understand and will encourage and support you.

Faith Based Group
The spiritual dimension of recovery can be very powerful indeed. This group explores how our spiritual experiences strengthen and inspire us to regain hope in our lives. It is open to people of all faiths as well as those who do not affiliate with a formal religion.

Smoking Cessation
77% of people who smoke wish they didn't and if this includes you then consider joining these smoking cessation sessions to fire up your quitting efforts. It could be that you are just missing a piece of information that someone else has or it might just prove that you can help someone else answer the question: How do you stop smoking now? This series of peer support group sessions is designed for attendees to share what they know works, talk about what is not helpful and to listen to what each person experiences. It is possible that these conversations could save you some valuable time in reaching your goal to quit smoking.

Womens Group
Women often have a very different experience with depression than do men. More women report that they are depressed and often they are more forthcoming about the emotions and issues they experience. Come join this women's only group. Share with other women. Learn from other women. Support yourself and others as you move toward recovery.
