General Meeting Information


What do I need to attend an online support group? – To attend an online support group, you will need just 2 things.

Connecting to and Joining a Meeting

Audio connection: Phone – Connect to the audio portion of meeting using your phone.

Audio connection: Computer / Voice over intenet (VOIP) – Connect to the audio portion of the meeting using your computer (VOIP).

Switching audio connection modes – Switch from a phone connection to VOIP or from VOIP to a phone connection.

Before the meeting starts – What you see before the meeting leader starts the meeting.
